We’re making meaningful, lasting change, building a culture that truly embraces every facet of diversity.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging are more than just goals for us; they are fundamental to how we operate every day.

Motherless Daughters Australia

Toyota is proud to support Motherless Daughters Australia, the only not-for-profit organisation dedicated to connecting and supporting women, girls, and children who have lost their mothers. The organisation helps these individuals navigate the challenges of everyday life and cope with significant milestones without the presence of their mums. By offering crucial support, Motherless Daughters Australia provides a sense of community, ensuring that those affected by mother loss have the resources they need to heal and thrive.

We’ve partnered with Art of Mentoring to deliver an exciting and structured program that pairs staff with experienced mentors, helping them to develop greater workplace relationships, expand their networks and build confidence.

Annual Women’s Conference

Access to role models and visible pathways is essential in shaping a gender equitable future. Our Annual Women’s Conference is an opportunity to facilitate this, while building new relationships and working toward our diversity objectives.

Sponsorship Program

Toyota recognises that gender equality isn’t only about hiring women, it’s about creating meaningful career pathways. To support our diversity targets, we’ve introduced a tailored sponsorship program that identifies future women leaders and supports them in reaching their career goals.
