Offer Details
The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions (Terms) imposed respectively by Toyota Motor Corporations Australia Limited (Toyota), Ampol Australia (Ampol) which are subject to change at any time without notice.
Toyota, Ampol reserve the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in either of their reasonable opinions, they cannot verify that the individual is eligible to receive the Offer or believe the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or is otherwise in breach of the Terms.
8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer
- Offer is limited to a discount of 8 cents per litre off eligible fuel purchased in one transaction at participating Ampol locations found here. Eligible fuels include Amplify Premium Unleaded 95, Amplify Premium Unleaded 98 and Amplify Premium Diesel.
- Offer is limited to one transaction per GAZOO RACING Toyota vehicle that is added in a registered myToyota Connect account per 24-hour period from the time of the last transaction.
- Offer will be activated within 48 hours from the date of receiving an email from Toyota Australia to confirm their membership with GAZOO RACING CLUB.
- The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Not available in conjunction with any other fuel offer.
- Offer will expire 365 days from the date of activation.
Eligibility
8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer
- To be eligible for the Offer, you must be a myToyota Connect member, i.e. have an active myToyota Connect account with your updated and correct contact details.
- Offer is limited to GAZOO RACING CLUB active members, i.e. have completed registration via email invitation from Toyota Australia.

Redemption of Offer
8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer
Once you have completed your registration with the GAZOO RACING CLUB via email invitation from Toyota Australia, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that this offer will be activated in your myToyota Connect account within 48 hours.
Then:
- Locate your nearest participating Ampol location. Participating Ampol locations can be found here.
- Fill up your vehicle at a participating Ampol location.
- When in store, open the myToyota Connect application on your smartphone or device.
- In the Rewards section of the application select Offer.
- Select Get Code to access your unique Code;
- Present your Code at the participating Ampol register at time of payment and the discount will be applied. Payment to be made by standard payment methods (cash, debit or credit card). Customers cannot pay using Pay@Pump, FuelPay® or AmpolCard or AmpolCard Debit.
- When prompted you can enter your odometer range in the myToyota Connect application.

- The offer commences on 1 May 2022 and expires on 31 March 2024.
- Vehicles purchased under the Employee & Family vehicle scheme are not eligible for this offer.

Toyota does not warrant that the information contained in or accessible through the myToyota Connect application is accurate, suitable for your purposes, or without errors, omissions, or viruses. Toyota also does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Toyota Website.
- Ampol does not guarantee that the availability of the redemption mechanisms at the participating Ampol locations will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free and accepts no responsibility for any failure of customers to be able to redeem the Offer.
- You acknowledge that access and use of the myToyota Connect application and redemption of the Offer (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota Connect application and the in-store app redemption mechanism) may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of Toyota and Ampol's control. Toyota does not warrant the accuracy of any advice, opinion, statement, representation, or other information displayed on or accessible through the myToyota Connect application.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify Toyota’s liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer including but not limited to (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Toyota’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference; (c) any variation stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred.
- Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota makes no representations or warranties in respect of the information and materials available on the myToyota Connect application or the means of accessing that information and material (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota Connect application).
- Toyota is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise, any injury or damage guests’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials. If the Offer is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond Toyota’s and/or Ampol’ control, including due to any technical or communications problems or if an event corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Offer, Toyota reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are up to date and accurate within the myToyota Connect app. Toyota will not be responsible for any correspondence or offer which is unable to be delivered due to incorrect contact details within the myToyota Connect. It is the responsibility of the participants to monitor their email inbox include junk or spam mail and to ensure that the email domain ‘@Toyota.com.au’ is added to the safe sender list.
- To the extent permitted by law, Toyota makes no warranty or representation and accepts no responsibility for any websites operated or controlled by entities other than Toyota which are or may become linked or framed to or from the Toyota Website.
Limitation of Liability
- You agree that neither Toyota nor Ampol is liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the use of the myToyota Connect application, or redemption of the Offer, the use by Toyota or Ampol of information provided by you to Toyota through the myToyota Connect application, any such loss or damage which may arise should you be unable to access the myToyota Connect application, for whatever reason and however arising, including negligence.
- To the extent that Toyota and Ampol are able to limit the remedies available under these Terms, they expressly limit their liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by virtue of any legislation to the following remedies (the choice of which is to be at Toyota and Ampol's sole discretion).
- You indemnify Toyota and Ampol against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage, proceeding, expense (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by us, arising from, or which is directly or indirectly, related to:
- your breach or non-observance of any term of these conditions of use; or
- any breach or inaccuracy in any of your representations or warranties.
