Graduate journey
Kicking off February 2027, our two-year Graduate Program is your chance to build on your studies, grow your skills, and shape your career alongside industry experts. Based in our Port Melbourne and Altona offices, the program offers three eight-month rotations across areas like engineering and corporate, depending on your area of study. It's a hands-on opportunity to gain the kind of insights, exposure, and mentorship that only come from learning on the job.
