From upsized disc brakes to the aerodynamic front grille and specialised tuning, GR Sport delivers the performance capability your lifestyle demands.
GR Sport is fearlessly poised to climb. Front and rear height is up by 20mm, with a front track width increase of 135mm and 155mm at rear (compared with the rest of the core HiLux range).
Large ventilated front and rear disc brakes improve driver control and provide optimum stopping power. Race-red ‘GR’ calipers complete the sporty set.
Use them to stay in control over big whoops and heavy landings, or knock the shift lever into Sport Mode for optimised shift timing.

Like the desert armour of its Dakar namesake, the belly of the beast features a newly-designed skid plate for advanced off-road protection.
Sidesteps are replaced with robust rock rails, designed to protect low clearance areas and withstand greater impact in tough terrain.
Located on the tow bar, rear recovery points use 20mm thick plates and high tensile bolts for safer and easier vehicle recovery when needed.

GR Sport’s front bumper delivers optimal approach angle, with unique fog lamp bezels and a silver lower moulding for a sporty look.
An upright TOYOTA alphabet grille gives character to the engine’s cooling area, while front fender liners and unique wide-tread mud guards further accent GR Sport’s broad stance.

Comfort and luxury take the front seat with premium interiors designed to ensure adrenaline all the way.
TOYOTA GAZOO Racing makes its mark with insignias on the headrests, instrument cluster, smart key and push-start switch. Red seat belts and accents on the tachometer help make the important things stand out.
Bust out the pacenotes and embrace your inner track fiend with aluminium sports pedals, suede seats, and a leather-accented steering wheel – complete with a red centre-marker for quick handling.
While your extreme off-roaders may lack driver comforts, GR Sport is designed for luxury. Get comfortable with heated front seats (8-way power adjustable for the driver) and a premium 9-speaker audio system to pump your roadtrip playlist.
