Many newer compatible Toyota vehicles come with an embedded DCM (Data Communication Module). These models are compatible with Toyota HaloC17, requiring only a one-off activation fee, with no additional hardware installation required.
Installation fee varies by Dealer and vehicle model.
Installable TL-OBD device
$230 one-off cost per vehicle
Compatible with older and non-connected Toyota models including:
LC70 | non-Connected Toyota models
For compatible Toyota vehicles without an embedded DCM, a TL-OBD (Translog - On-Board Diagnostic) device needs to be installed into the vehicle's OBD-II port.
This requires additional hardware and installation at a Toyota dealership, which is included in the one-off fee.
Installation fee varies by Dealer and vehicle model.
Installable GX6 deviceF25
For compatible non-Toyota vehicles.
The GX6 deviceF25 works with compatible non-Toyota vehicles that are part of a mixed fleet.
The device can be self-installed, with a detailed installation guide provided with purchase.
GX6 devicesF25 are available for purchase through our partner, Rand McNally, for seamless connectivity to Toyota HaloC17 on compatible non-Toyota vehicles. Dealers may charge a small installation fee which may vary.

Toyota HaloC17 runs on a self service subscription–based model, giving you the flexibility of adding or subtracting vehicles from your plan as you need. Add or remove vehicles and your subscription charge will adjust at your next billing cycle. There are two payment schedules to choose from:
Automatic monthly payment
An automatic monthly credit card charge. Designed to work alongside operations within small to medium businesses.
Manual Electronic Funds Transfer
A payment 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months in advance. Designed to suit large businesses with an annual budget.
