By participating in the Offer, you confirm that you have read and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Extended Test Drive (Offer)

1. Eligible participants are provided an opportunity to book an extended test drive of the Toyota bZ4X during the Offer Period.

2. Participants who complete the extended test drive and subsequently purchase a Toyota bZ4X by April 30th, 2025 will receive a 7kw ABB Single Phase Home Charger supplied by JET Charge Pty Ltd (Complimentary Home Charger), while stocks last. Installation not included.

3. Offer Period: 1 December 2024 to 30 April 2025.

4. This Offer is only available at participating Toyota Dealerships in Australia (“Participating Dealership”) and is subject to availability and eligibility.

5. The duration of the extended test drive will be agreed between the Participating Dealer and the eligible participant, subject to the Participating Dealership’s discretion.

6. Each eligible participant is only allowed to make one booking for an extended test drive.

7. The Complimentary Home Charger is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by JET Charge Pty Ltd.

Eligibility

8. All drivers must be over 21 years of age and hold a valid full Australian driver’s licence. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on the Participating Dealership. Interested participants are advised to confirm any additional requirements directly with the Participating Dealership.

9. Participants of the extended test drive must provide proof of identity and a valid driver’s licence.

10. Bookings under the extended test drive must be confirmed by the Participating Dealership.

Use of Vehicle

11. The use of the vehicle is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the Participating Dealerships.

12. Prior to the start of the test drive, participants must sign an agreement in the form provided by the Participating Dealership, outlining responsibilities and terms of vehicle use (“Agreement”).

13. Without limiting the terms of any Agreement, participants must make sure that the test drive vehicle:

• a. is maintained by the participant in a state of cleanliness, good order and roadworthy condition; and
• b. is not sold, pledged as security, leased, hired or in any other manner disposed of or allowed to be taken from the possession or control of the participant;
• c. is not used to transport people or property for hire, fare or reward or allow any person to drive the test drive vehicle in return for money or other benefit.

14. Any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the test drive will be the responsibility of the participant.

15. Any charging of the vehicle during the test drive period will be at the participant’s own cost and responsibility. Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited (Toyota Australia) and Participating Dealerships are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants for charging, including but not limited to home charging, public charging stations, or any related expenses.

General

16. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

17. Toyota Australia and its agencies and representatives associated with this Offer will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (other than as caused by Toyota Australia’s negligence) relating to this Offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).

18. Participants of this Offer agree to indemnify Toyota Australia in respect of all loss, damage, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, claims, demands and proceedings incurred howsoever arising, whether at common law (including negligence) or under statute, in connection with any of the following:

• any material breach of these terms by you; and
• any material breach or inaccuracy in any of your representations.

19. Toyota Australia may make changes to these terms from time to time. When Toyota Australia makes such changes, we will make the updated terms available on https://www.toyota.com.au/bz4x-ev/terms-conditions and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these terms accordingly.

20. Toyota Australia may terminate or suspend the Offer at our discretion. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or suspension of the Offer.

Privacy

21. Toyota Australia will collect and use participants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer and may share the participant’s personal information with third parties as required by law, related entities in the OneToyota Network, or service providers. If participants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to participate in this Offer.

22. Participant’s personal information will be handled in accordance with Toyota Australia’s Privacy Policy, which is available at toyota.com.au/privacy. This Policy includes more details about how participants can access or correct their information, how to make a privacy complaint and how that complaint will be dealt with. 23. The OneToyota Network is comprised of authorised Toyota dealers in Australia, Toyota Australia, Toyota Finance Australia Limited, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd trading as Toyota Insurance, and Toyota Western Australia.
