Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan) and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia are defendants to a class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria which is sometimes referred to as the Toyota Diesel Emissions Class Action.
The Toyota Diesel Emissions Class Action relates to certain models of diesel cars sold by Toyota Motor Corporation in Australia from 7 February 2016 to 19 December 2024 (Affected Vehicles).
Group Members in the Toyota Diesel Emissions Class Action are represented by Maddens Lawyers.
The Court has ordered that Maddens Lawyers send a notice by email or SMS to customers who purchased an Affected Vehicle.
