Retail customers classified as Non-Fleet Private, Bronze, or Novated Lease (HiLux BEV only) who bought a new bZ4X, bZ4X Touring or HiLux BEV from a participating Toyota Dealer between 10 December 2025 and 31 December 2026. You’ll also need a Toyota Go account, with your eligible vehicle added to your ‘garage’ by 31 January 2027.

You can choose the one that suits you best:

• A complimentary 7kW JET Charge home wall charger (installation costs not included), which can be installed at home.
• A complimentary 12-month Chargefox subscription (capped at 625kWh), giving you access to Ultra Rapid, DC and AC charging across Australia’s largest public EV charging network.

You can only redeem one of the two offers, and only one per eligible vehicle. So take a moment to choose the one that works best for you.

Yes. Here's what you'll need to do to stay eligible:
a. Purchase a new bZ4X, bZ4X Touring or HiLux BEV from a participating Toyota Dealer between 10 December 2025 and 31 December 2026.
b. Take delivery of your eligible vehicle.
c. Add your eligible vehicle to your Toyota Go ‘garage’ by 31 January 2027.
d. Redeem your chosen offer within 60 days of adding your vehicle to your ‘garage’.

Simply log in to Toyota Go, add your eligible vehicle (bZ4X, bZ4X Touring or HiLux BEV) to your 'garage' and verify ownership. Once that's done, head to the Rewards page, find the charging offer and follow the prompts to redeem your preferred option.

Once you've added your vehicle and verified ownership, it can sometimes take a few hours for the offer to appear. So if you don't see it, check again the following day.

Changes can't be made via Toyota Go, so please take your time to make sure your selection is final before confirming. In exceptional circumstances, you may request a change through the Customer Assistance Centre by calling 1800 869 682.

You’ll receive a Toyota-approved 7kW home wall charger with a 5-metre cable. Installation isn’t included and is paid separately. You can choose JET Charge to carry out the installation, or use your own accredited electrician. If you'd like to upgrade to a 22kW unit, that's available at your own cost.

A complimentary 12-month Chargefox subscription, capped at 625kWh (whichever comes first), giving you access to Ultra Rapid, DC and AC charging at Chargefox public charging stations across Australia. You’ll need to download the Chargefox app to activate and use your subscription.

The home charger offer isn't transferable. If you've chosen the Chargefox subscription, the good news is it can be passed on to the new vehicle owner for the remaining balance.
