myToyota Connect App Privacy Collection Notice

When you use the myToyota Connect App, Toyota collects your personal information for the purposes of:

• registering your account;
• responding to your enquiries and informing you about products, services, special offers and/or events from the OneToyota Network (with your consent); and
• improving your customer experience and our marketing, including through data analytics, product planning, product development and research.

If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will be unable to provide you with many of the services offered through the myToyota Connect App. We may disclose your information for these purposes within the OneToyota Network (Toyota Finance Australia Limited, authorised Toyota dealers in Australia, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd trading as “Toyota Insurance” and distributors of Toyota products in Western Australia). We may also disclose your information to other third party suppliers to assist us in conducting our business and providing services to you. These third party suppliers may be located overseas, including in Japan, USA, UK, Singapore, Belgium, Ireland and Sweden. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you can seek to access or correct personal information we hold about you, how you can make a privacy complaint and how we will deal with a privacy complaint.
