How to Redeem

  4. In the Rewards section of the application select Ampol Health Care Workers Offer.
  5. Present the reward with barcode at the participating Ampol register at time of payment and present a valid Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration certificate or medical/hospital ID and the discount will be applied.

How to redeem

  1. In the Rewards section of the myToyota application select myToyota Movies.
  2. Click ‘Redeem’ and click myToyota Movies to start browsing either by entering a movie or cinema venue.
  3. Select your movie, session time and ticket quantity.
  4. Enter your email address first name, last name email and a password and click Signup.
  5. Complete your purchase. You will receive a QR Code or movie voucher (which is your ticket) via email. You can either print the email with the QR code or movie vouchers or use it in electronic format from your smart phone (email).

Cancellations and Refund Policy

  1. Participating cinemas may sell myToyota Movies discounted ticket offers at a significant discount to those available at their box office. Once a myToyota Movies order has been confirmed it cannot be altered or cancelled and refunds will not be provided for change of mind or customer error at the time of booking. You are responsible for taking care to review your order to ensure that all details are correct before completing the payment process. If an incorrect email address is provided during registration, movie offers cannot be delivered.
  2. On rare occasions a cinema may cancel or change a planned movie session to which myToyota Movies offers have been sold. While Choovie is not responsible for cinema cancellations or changes, Choovie will use reasonable endeavours to provide you notice of cancelations and changes prior to the planned session time, and offer a full refund.
  3. If there are any technical issues with the myToyota application or with the myToyota Movies booking platform, Toyota and Choose Entertainment will use reasonable steps to honour the Offer.

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to NSW residents and ACT residents aged 18 years or over who service their vehicles at an eligible NSW or ACT authorised Toyota dealer. A full list of eligible NSW and ACT Toyota dealers are listed in the table in clause 16 below (“Eligible Dealer”).
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, authorised Toyota dealers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.   6. For clarity, the Eligible Service must be completed at an Eligible Dealer by 31/01/2022. Individuals can earn a bonus entry if they future book their next service at an Eligible Dealer, within 48 hours of having their Eligible Service completed, online at www.toyota.com.au, www.toyota.com.au/mytoyota or via the myToyota app.
  7. If a customer qualifies for an automatic entry in accordance with the above clause and does not wish to participate in this promotion, they must clearly notify their participating authorised Toyota dealer in person, over the phone, by SMS or through email before the draw date.
  8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) initial entry permitted per Eligible Service; (b) only one (1) bonus entry per Eligible Service; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.   12. There will be one (1) major draw conducted from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period (the “Major Draw”). Entries will then be divided into groups according to the Eligible Dealer in which the entrant had their Eligible Service and there will be one (1) minor draw conducted for each Eligible Dealer (“Minor Draw”). There are a total of fifty nine (59) Eligible Dealers participating in this promotion. The draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5 / 210 Central Coast Hwy, Erina NSW 2250 on 10/02/2022 at 11:30am AEDT. The Major Draw will be in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Total prize value is up to AU$34,990 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability.   15. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by 2pm AEDT on the Prize Claim Date, or the Prize is returned, the next best entry, as determined by the judge(s) shall be awarded the Prize. A new winner/s will be notified via phone or email by 4pm AEDT on the Prize Claim Date.
Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Additional Terms – Prizes

  1. All Prize values are reflective of the recommended retail price and are in Australian dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the Prize values.

Additional Terms –COVID-19

If the Promoter changes dates of the Competition due to COVID-19, entrants will be notified by email.
  2. If the relevant Prize is hosted by another city or State as the result of any COVID-19 health directive or policy, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, offer the Prizes in respect of that hosting State. Any expenses associated with travel to and from the Prize location including (but not limited to) additional spending money, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner.
  3.     4. they are prohibited from entry due to any other government COVID-19 safety or vaccination requirements and guidance; or
  5. Each winner and each of their guests must comply conditions of entry provided by Prize Provider (www.cricket.com.au/tickets) and the relevant Prize venue at all times.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by 2pm AEDT on the Prize Claim Date, or the Prize is returned, the next best entry, as determined by the judge(s) shall be awarded the Prize. A new winner/s will be notified via phone or email by 4pm AEDT on the Prize Claim Date.
Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Additional Terms – Prizes

  1. All Prize values are reflective of the recommended retail price and are in Australian dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the Prize values.

By entering this Promotion, the Winners agree to comply, and ensure that each of their guest complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. The Winners also agrees to comply, and ensure that each of their guest complies, with Cricket Australia’s 2021/22 Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at ww.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the Prize as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s 2021/22 Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the Prize tickets.
  8. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Prize Provider using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Prize Provider.

Additional Terms –COVID-19

  1. If the relevant Prize is cancelled or moved, including due to a government health directive in respect of COVID-19 or otherwise, or if the Promoter forms the view that the Competition cannot proceed as planned or the Prizes cannot be given, claimed, or used (in the Promoter's absolute discretion), then the Promoter may cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the Competition, including altering the dates listed in the Schedule. If the Promoter changes dates of the Competition due to COVID-19, entrants will be notified by email.

If the relevant Prize is hosted by another city or State as the result of any COVID-19 health directive or policy, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, offer the Prizes in respect of that hosting State. Any expenses associated with travel to and from the Prize location including (but not limited to) additional spending money, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner.

    4. they are prohibited from entry due to any other government COVID-19 safety or vaccination requirements and guidance; or

If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition subject to approval from any relevant authority.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or the Promotion. Entrants can enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Entries must be submitted separately and each entry must individually meet the Entry Requirements and be subject to the Entry Restrictions. Automatically- or computer-generated entries will not be accepted.
  23. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion or a Prize event/activity if the entrant:
    1. disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another entrant or potential entrant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion; or
    2. engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter’s goodwill or reputation.
  24. The Promoter and its agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or taking of the Prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).

  25. Privacy The Promoter may use any personal information entrants provide in connection with this competition for the purpose of running the Promotion, which includes providing the Prizes and promoting the Promotion in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors, and to Toyota dealers. Some of the Promoter's related bodies corporate and contractors to whom the entrant's personal information may be disclosed are located overseas, including in India and as a result the entrant's personal information may be disclosed overseas. Prize winners’ personal information will be shared with the Prize Provider for the purpose of providing the Prize. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Promotion. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If entrants have any concerns or queries about the way their personal information is managed by the Promoter, they should contact the Promoter at: 1800 TOYOTA (1800 869 682) or by emailing guestexperience@toyota.com.au. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at www.toyota.com.au. The privacy policy contains information about how entrants can gain access to or seek correction of personal information that the Promoter holds about them. It also contains information about how entrants can make a privacy complaint and how the Promoter will deal with it.
  26. 26. The Promoter will provide Prize Provider with the personal information of an entrant for the purpose of arranging for a prize to be provided to a prize winner. Prize Supplier is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
