Busking is one of the most anticipated aspects of the festival each year. There are up to 400 buskers performing on Tamworth’s “Boulevard of Dreams” in Peel Street in the hope that they’ll be spotted for their talent and follow in the footsteps of some of country music’s biggest stars.
Since 2022, Toyota Australia has sponsored the Toyota Best of the Buskers giving 10 buskers the opportunity to perform on the big stage in Toyota Park before a crowd of thousands.
Busking is a perfect launch-pad for aspiring artists, musicians and poets and a pathway to Toyota Star Maker and the Toyota Golden Guitars.
