Commercial Sponsorship Guidelines

Provide adequate lead-time for Toyota to maximise its investment. This requires a minimum of 12 weeks lead time for sponsorship requests valued at under $5,000 and 6 months for those over $10,000.

We also recommend sending through requests during our business planning time which is December through to February each year. This gives us the best opportunity to consider new partnerships and budget accordingly for the next financial year.

Outline a defined sponsorship plan with key accountabilities, objectives, performance indicators and measures, resourcing, execution and timings.

Commercial Sponsorship Checklist


Confirm whether application is a Commercial or Community sponsorship request. If Commercial, move onto step #3 otherwise visit the Toyota Community foundation page.


Determine whether application
meets Toyota Australia Assessment
Criteria.If yes, move onto step #4.


Email your application including all required information to [email protected]


Await result of application. You will receive an automatic response confirming we have your request and it has been received. Successful applications will then be contacted within 8 weeks of receiving the application. Due to the high volume of requests, only successful applicants will receive a second response.
