Yaris Sedan
Toyota's clever ideas for Yaris hatch also come in sedan form in YRS and YRX grades. For those who need a little more room than the hatch, Yaris sedan is lower and longer, providing even more leg room and a more spacious boot.
Compared with other small sedans, it's also one of the most economical around, with the 1.5 litre VVT-i engine delivering impressive 6.1L/100km# economy for the YRS manual sedan. It's not only one of the most nimble sedans to drive in tight city streets; Yaris sedan is also packed with safety features. Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Traction Control (TRC) are standard on both sedan models, helping ensure safer cornering by actively detecting any understeer and oversteer. Traction Control (TRC) helps to maintain grip by minimising wheelspin when accelerating, helping to keep you heading in the right direction.
Also standard are power windows, power mirrors, remote central locking, air conditioning and Electric Power Steering (EPS). The audio system incorporates an in-dash MP3/WMA compatible CD player, inbuilt Bluetooth™## capabilities and a USB input for selected iPod®+ and MP3 players^. For added convenience, the YRX has a 6 disc in-dash CD changer, 4.3" LCD audio with Bluetooth™## capabilities and a USB input for selected iPod®+ and MP3 players^.
