Traction Control

A vehicle can become unstable if its wheels begin to spin during rapid start or under acceleration on a wet or slippery road surface. Traction Control (TRC) helps control the vehicle under these conditions.

TRC continuously monitors the wheels during initial and subsequent acceleration. As soon as it detects that one or more drive wheels are beginning to spin, it activates, helping the wheels to grip the surface better by applying brake force to those drive wheels and controlling the engine output.
