Another Camry you can count on
Toyota Camry has been a fleet favourite for many years. Renowned for Quality, Durability and Reliability, now the all-new vehicle offers more of everything you've always loved about Camry, plus some exciting new features.
With a powerful 133kW engine in the entry grade Altise – and a 135kW engine in our top range Atara – all-new Camry promises increased performance, without sacrificing any of its famous fuel economy. In fact, all-new Camry will boast an improved fuel efficiency of more than 10% compared to the current range.
All-new Camry raises the bar with improved safety features – seven SRS airbags (including an extra one at the driver's knee), seatbelt warning indicator for all occupants, Anti-skid Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC).
The six-speed automatic transmission is new, as are enhancements to the exterior design. What's more, there's Electronic Power Steering (EPS) to assist the driver's steering based on vehicle speed, and improved acoustics for a quieter ride.
All-new Camry will be built locally at the company's manufacturing plant in Altona, Victoria, and will be available from January 2012.
