In addition to the purchase price of your vehicle, there are a number of government statutory charges that you should be aware of when purchasing a Toyota from a Toyota dealer. There are various differences in how charges are named and calculated between the various states and territories of Australia, but they all broadly fall into the following categories:

  • Vehicle Registration
  • Vehicle/Stamp Duty
  • Compulsory Third Party Insurance

Depending on your circumstances, you may also be eligible for certain concessions, such as discounts for being a pensioner.
