The Toyota Genuine Towbar++ is designed with optimal vehicle strength and safety in mind, and has a maximum capacity of 500kg (braked). Powder-coated semi-gloss black, the Towbar adds practicality to Rukus with minimal interruption to the vehicle's bold lines. Safety is guaranteed through engineering and testing that meets Toyota's highest standards and Australian standards. The Toyota Genuine Trailer Wiring Harness incorporates a sophisticated electronic control module for dependable integration with the electrical system, and is available in a seven-pin flat plug configuration. The harness is connected discretely under the bumper. Two types of adapter are available to suit State and Territory requirements. Small and large round adaptor plugs convert the seven-pin flat trailer wiring plug on the Rukus to a seven-pin small or large round plug, to suit particular trailers.
