This includes advanced active safety systems such as Vehicle Stability Control  that help make driving safer when conditions are at their worst.

Improved stability control

VSC  is a fast acting computer-based intelligence that automatically activates in emergency driving situations and helps control oversteer and understeer when cornering.

VSC monitors your steering angle and the direction in which your vehicle is actually travelling and senses when your front or rear wheels begin to slip. It automatically detects that you're not on your intended path and intervenes, helping ensure safer cornering by actively detecting and controlling any understeer or oversteer.

Impressive handling

The VSC  system cuts power and applies braking pressure to the relevant wheels - to help you regain control.

Most of the time the VSC system plays no part in your driving at all. But it's there for you at the first signs of skidding, taking corrective action to help bring your car under control and heading where you want it to.

Vehicle Stability Control (VSC)

System that ensures control in cornering situations the way ABS does under braking and TRC does under acceleration. The VSC system utilises electronic sensors in conjunction with the ABS and TRC hardware to help control any potential understeer or oversteer situations. Understeer is when the vehicle loses front-wheel traction and wants to push forward nose first. Oversteer is when the rear wheels lose traction and the tail begins to slide.
