The FT-HS features a powerful V6 3.5L engine that combines with Hybrid Synergy Drive® technology to deliver a combined target power output of approximately 300kW and a projected zero-to-100 km/h acceleration in four seconds. The powerful electric motor that works with the petrol engine delivers fuel-saving benefits and ultra-low emissions expected in Hybrid Synergy Drive® technology. The electric motor comes in to play when driving at a slower speed or when stopped. The petrol engine kicks in when you need more power.

Striking looks for serious presence

You can't help but notice the distinct angles on the FT-HS. The sculpted appearance not only makes the concept car look sharp, it also helps with aerodynamics by having a reduced mass around key areas of the vehicle. Inside the car, an instrument panel surrounds the driver's cockpit, creating a pod-like area. The roof retracts converting the FT-HS from a four-seater to a two-seater for fine weather cruising.
