If your vehicle has been written off, your insurance company will need to request a payout letter from Toyota Financial Australia / Lexus Financial Australia / Hino Financial Australia. Given the high level of claims delays may be expected.

1. If you have your insurance company's name, your claim number and their fax number, please email this to insurance.wcc@toyota.com.au and Toyota Finance Australia Limited (TFAL) will commence your claim.
