If you are interested in cars, technology, problem solving and customer service, why not train to become a technician with one of Australia’s leading dealer networks.
Toyota Network Training (TNT) offers you a nationally-recognised and accredited apprenticeship or traineeship.
You will attend training at Toyota Institute Australia and TAFE. And you will receive on-the-job training and support while working with Toyota’s quality product and technology.
There are two pathways to suit your needs.
You can choose to train for one year as a Toyota Service Technician and gain a Certificate II in Automotive Vehicle Servicing (Light vehicle).
Or you can choose the Toyota Pro Technician – Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle), a competency based qualification which can be completed in 3-4 years.
When you complete your TNT apprenticeship, you may progress with further training to higher levels of qualification such as Diagnosis Technician and Diagnostic Master Technician.
Applicants need to have completed Year 10 or higher and have passes in Maths and English.
To apply, you must contact your local Toyota Dealership and ask if they are currently taking applications for TNT apprenticeships.
