Parts Manager

The main focus of a Parts Manager is the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers. This is achieved by directing, developing, training and managing departmental resources, ensuring that the department is profitable and efficient.


Required:

  • Experience in a Parts department in either a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Good leadership abilities
  • Customer service focused
  • Thorough knowledge of computer based inventory systems
  • Experience in parts and accessories, with at least one year experience as an Assistant Manager
  • Well developed inventory control

Parts Sales Representative

The main duty of a Parts Sales Representative is to sell Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories to existing customers and to develop new business opportunities.


Required:

  • Technical parts knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of computer based inventory systems
  • Automotive technical knowledge from experience as a Technician or Body Shop Technician

The Inventory Controller maintains and manages the stock in the parts and accessories department of a dealership.

Parts Interpreter

The main focus of a Parts Interpreter is selling, stock control and administration of Toyota Parts and Accessories. A Parts Interpreter will consult catalogues, identify parts and components, receive and fill orders for parts and arrange the dispatch of parts.


Required:

  • Customer service focus
  • Technical parts knowledge
  • Developed knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Computer literate
  • Well developed communication and questioning skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (not necessarily a Technician)

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager manages the parts and accessories warehouse. This role involves providing leadership and direction to warehouse staff, identifying automotive parts and components, carrying out storage/stock control procedures and materials handling.


Required:

  • Experience in a supervisory role in a warehousing/storage environment
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer based inventory systems.

Store person

A Store person works in the parts and accessories warehouse, where they carry out a range of duties related to the warehousing and storage of parts and accessories. Some of these duties are receiving and unpacking of stock, carrying out storage and stock control procedures, materials handling and identifying automotive parts and components. This role maintains the flow of parts and accessories within a dealership.

  • Quick learner
  • Must have an interest in the Automotive industry

Delivery Driver

As a Delivery driver you are one of the Company’s "face to face" staff when dealing with customers. In this role you must ensure the safe delivery of parts and accessories to customers. Accordingly, being the primary contact person you have to ensure the customer receives the highest level of quality customer service at all times. Some time will be spent providing support to the warehouse staff assisting in either picking duties or putting stock away.


Required:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Organisational skills
  • An enjoyment of driving
