Dealership General Manager

The Dealership General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the entire dealership. The Dealership General Manager develops business plans, motivates employees and coordinates the activities of all dealership departments. The main focus of the Dealership General Manager is to lead and motivate dealership employees to effectively operate the dealership, ensuring that business targets are achieved.


Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry (in a role with P&L responsibility)
  • Outstanding people and leadership skills
  • Ability to build long term customer relationships
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Financial Controller

The Financial Controller manages the finances of the dealership. This role is responsible for the delivery of financial management accounting, project costing, inventory and is ultimately responsible for the integrity and efficiency of a dealerships’ financial systems.


Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and CPA highly desirable
  • Management experience
  • Thorough knowledge in the areas of tax, cash flow, cost accounting and financial accounting
  • Decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Dealership Accountant

The Dealership Accountant carries out a range of functions related to the financial and administrative aspects of a dealership operation. This role liaises closely with all areas of a dealership.


Required:

  • Professional accounting qualifications
  • Experience in statutory reporting and cash flow management
  • Experience in an accounting role
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of works
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Automotive experience preferred but not necessary
  • Managerial and supervisory skills

The Office Manager’s main focus is organising and controlling the activities of a dealership’s office, including administrative systems and office personnel. This role carries out activities such as producing reports and presentations, processing payments, reconciliations and purchasing office equipment.
